Refund Policy – In-Person Nail Services

At Lunar Glam, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver high-quality service at every appointment, we understand that concerns can occasionally arise. Please review our refund policy for in-person nail services below.


Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care services, we do not offer refunds for completed nail services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, we encourage you to notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can evaluate the issue.

To be considered for a partial refund, store credit, or service correction:

  • You must provide clear photos showing the specific concern (e.g., lifting, chipping, uneven application).

  • The issue must be due to service error or product defect, not personal wear or aftercare neglect.

  • You must have followed proper aftercare instructions.

All refund or redo decisions are made at the discretion of management after reviewing the provided photos and details.


No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Damage caused by personal activity or lack of care

  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after the appointment

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals

  • Services performed by request against technician recommendation


Rescheduling or Fixes

If a service correction is approved, we’ll schedule a complimentary fix within 7 days of your original appointment, subject to technician availability. We do not guarantee availability outside that window.
